What attracts you as a buyer when it comes to plants?

I work for a plant / flower nursery in zone 9. As a customer, the sales / coupons or special equipment will bring you the door to a nursery? What types of things tend catching the eye?

After 15 years in the field of plants, I know exactly what catches the eyes of the people. Bright colors, foliage rather singular, and almost all plants is almost impossible to grow inside or outside their homes. (and must not need water or sun or treatment of any kind. for those people I send them to Michael and suggest the thirst to buy. MAH). When buying these plants and not discourage gardener and possibly losing a potential life long customer. I think I know where you're going with this though. We want to increase sales. For this purpose, providing a greater clarity of the instructions for growth. The plants should always have labels that provide the basic instructions on the rise as "sunny", "Sun side" etc, .. But not "civilians" to understand what kind. Registries have brochures that explain "sun" means at least 6 hours of direct sunlight. E 'in handle 4 or 5, but will get taller and thinner, with fewer blooms. Addition, many of the plants much better look positively dull in their immature state. Send photos laminated maturity alongside their samples, because most people do not have any idea how some of these beautiful plants will be in 5 years.
