Quick fixes for a dress cut too low?

I just got this fabulous teal dress with a sheer brown shell on it. Theirs is a strip of brown on the bottom and satin v-neck. I absolutely love this dress, but her cut very low and, as I am 12 years old (36C) and I go to a school dance, I could give up. Are no quick fixes for this problem that does not ruin the dress as it seems?

If you can match the satin, or steal some off the rim, you could add a frill around the neck. If not, try adding some lace around the neck, teal or brown, if you can find.
