Wood floors under the carpet are painted white or triggered?

I want to restore and exhibit floors me. Is there someone I can assist in the transition from step directions and perhaps why someone would paint white wood floors? Do you think it might be something wrong with them. Help

It does not matter because someone has painted or what type of painting is, it needs to be sanded and finished. Take a good look at the plan before deciding to do this and see what kind the overall shape of the floor is a. The wood look ok, not broken or patch areas, dug, etc. If so, you must obtain a floor sander, which is not easy to use. You must sand the whole floor evenly, and the edges will usually need to be done by hand or with a sander less power. So is must decide which type of stain to use.
