The resin treated polyester fiber batting contain formaldehyde?

Since I started buying furniture for the baby's nursery in my room I learned that formaldehyde is present in many things we buy and we have no idea. I've just bought a crib set for my daughter's room and read the material has been "treated with resin, polyester fiber batting. I'm worried about what is and if the resin contains formaldehyde or other toxins. Does anyone know? Thanks!

Probably not. It does not depend on the type of resin used and the resin is a very broad term. However, formaldehyde is not a common "resin ingredient. And 'more often adhesive foam. Batting is a form of padding. Therefore soft. Formaldehyde is usually found in rigid materials. However, unless the crib is made without fiber pressed.
