Personalized gifts and diaper bags are really a popular item at baby showers today, but why? Does the baby really care or are there items that are more important. When you are pregnant and having your first baby shower I don’t think you really care what you get.

I think for first time moms what we think of when we have a baby shower is that is one less dollar I have to spend which in turn saves us money. We get so excited and happy to have a baby shower; it is something that is given in our honor to show that we are loved.
I think a diaper bag is a great gift because all moms can use them. I also think that personalized gifts let someone know that you have taken that extra time. A personalized gift also allows you to give your child a keepsake memento down the road. It will let your child know who you are as well as have something to cherish. I think it is a personal choice but you can’t go wrong with either.
