How do I clean a very dusty lamp shades?
I have 2 lamp shades that were sort of "letting go" and need a serious dusting. How do I do this safely, without hurting the shadow? Both are made of a cloth-like material. Ro-bot … thanks but I just stick a vacuum As I have already cleaned all the floors in wood or brick and have no need of a big vacuum cleaner.
Believe it or not, you can actually do outside and hose off. If this does not eliminate most of the dust, then you can dunk in a large sink of soap, rinse them out and then let them air dry in the sun. I do it with mine and are clean and fresh for months.
