You have any idea baby nursery on a low budget cost?

My boyfriend and I will always be home soon (we live in an apt now) When we move, my baby will be 1. I can not think of any ideas for its nest. I like yellow and purple, and I like butterflies and girly stuff like that. Can you give me ideas cheap? Thank you!
